Conrad's Disposal is continuing to offer a reduction of their published price list for current and new Annevar accounts.  In consideration for this price reduction, the HOA Board will continue to designate Conrad's as our preferred supplier for waste disposal.  Homeowners are encouraged to consider their services but are not required to do so.

Trash and recycle bins (when not placed on the curb for pick-up days) must be stored in your garage or screened from street view per our HOA restrictions.  Homeowner cooperation is always appreciated.

Annevar Estates HOA Monthly Financial Reports are available upon request by emailing annevarestatesravenna@gmail.com and a current month and/or quarter will be dropped off to your residence. This info is available from 4/1/17 forward.
