All homeowners are required to be part of the Homeowner's Association (HOA). The Association is responsible for the maintenance and taxes of all common areas and designated storm water management areas. The costs are equally divided among the homeowners via collection of Annual Dues of $25.00 each. Dues are collected each year by 01 July, and can be sent to 1057 Canterbury Dr, Ravenna, OH 44266.
